Energy Infrastructure: The 70 MW Saudi Solar Project
The Challenge: Managing the EPC and O&M legal frameworks for a large-scale solar plant in Saudi Arabia for Total Energy and Al-Fanar Energy.
Our Role: Drafted and negotiated the complete suite of project documents required to meet international bankability standards, including power purchase agreements, financing documents, and operational contracts.
The Result: A successfully launched 70 MW facility that contributes to the Kingdom's renewable energy targets and serves as a model for future renewable energy projects in the region.

The Challenge: Providing on-the-ground legal infrastructure for multi-million dollar Hollywood productions filming in the MENA region.
Our Role: Represented Lucas Productions and 20th Century Fox for high-profile projects including Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and The Martian, handling all legal aspects from location agreements to IP protection.
The Result: Seamless production execution that protected global IP rights while ensuring local regulatory compliance, enabling these major productions to film successfully in the region.
Public Policy & Development: USAID (ESCB) Energy Framework
The Challenge: Establishing a standardized accreditation system for renewable energy companies in Jordan.
Our Role: Strategic legal partner for USAID, drafting accreditation protocols and regulatory guidelines that would shape the industry standards.
