He has held senior roles including CEO, Managing Director, and COO, with full P&L accountability and a proven track record in turnaround, stabilization, and growth of complex, capital-intensive organizations.

Recognized for decisive leadership in high-risk environments, KK Nair has led major offshore and onshore portfolios including FPSO, FSRU, LNG facilities, refineries, pipelines, and large-scale infrastructure projects. He has worked extensively with national oil companies (NOCs), international oil companies (IOCs), and Tier-1 EPC contractors across multiple jurisdictions.

His career includes senior leadership positions at Drydocks World – Dubai, Penta Global Group, and MAB Group, as well as advisory roles providing board-level governance, technical due diligence, and delivery assurance.
